Yes. Guests must be at least 18 years old with a valid government-issued ID to rent a room.
A two-night minimum applies for holidays and special events. For the Fourth of July, a three-night minimum is required.
A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation. At check-in, we require either a $100 cash deposit or a $125 credit card authorization hold. Please note that debit cards may process this as a temporary charge, and release times vary by bank. If your card declines and we're unable to reach you, the reservation may be released and reopened on a first-come, first-served basis.
Standard reservations require at least 48 hours notice to cancel. Special events require 7 days notice. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Reservations made through third-party websites follow the 7-day policy and may include additional fees. We always recommend booking direct or calling us to get the best rate and the simplest experience.

Yes. During the month of March, all guests ages 18 to 25 are required to provide a $100 cash-only deposit per person at check-in. This deposit is refunded at check-out after the room has been inspected. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Yes. We welcome dogs up to 25 lbs in select pet-friendly rooms. The pet fee is $10 per pet per night. Pets may not be left unattended in the room unless secured in a kennel or crate. Guests are responsible for reviewing all pet policies before booking.

Yes, and plenty of it. We have room for boats, trailers, and fishing gear throughout the property. Parking runs directly in front of rooms and cottages and spaces are not assigned, so it's easy to pull in and out no matter what you're hauling.
The pool is not heated, but the hot tub is. Both are open daily from 9 AM to 11 PM.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We ask that all guests be respectful of their neighbors during those hours so everyone can get a good night's sleep. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted at any time.
Smoking is not permitted inside any rooms, cottages, or indoor areas. Guests are welcome to smoke outside and we just ask that you keep your room door closed and be courteous of the guests around you.
About a two-minute drive or a 15 to 20 minute walk — roughly eight blocks. Close enough that you won't spend your whole trip getting there and back.
Ring the doorbell. Seriously — someone is almost always on property and we'll get to you as quickly as we can. If we do have to step away, we leave a cell phone number posted at the office so you're never left without a way to reach us.
